NOTE: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or regular), otherwise the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

*Special Discounted Group Fee for MFC Members. For the third, fourth and every other participant from the same organization in the same country. Select only if at least two people from your organization in the same country have already registered to the conference in MFC Member category. Please fill in the names of the two of your registered colleagues to the registration form (Notes box).

*Special Discounted Group Fee for MFC NON-Members. For registration of 5–7 participants: 1 participant is entitled for group registration fee, for registration of 7–10 participants: 2 participants are entitled for group registration fee. Participants have to be from the same organization in the same country. Select only if at least five people from your organization in the same country have already registered to the conference in MFC Member category. Please fill in the names of the five of your registered colleagues to the registration form (Notes box).

 

The registration fee includes

  • Conference materials
  • Lunches and coffee breaks on Thursday and Friday (23 & 24 June)
  • Conference reception on Thursday (23 June)
  • Admission to the exhibition

 


How to Register

REGISTER HERE for the 19th MFC CONFERENCE

To register for the Conference, please fill in the   ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM. 

Please note that the on-line Registration Form is accessible only with a password.

First fill in the Personal Data Form and continue to registration by choosing the registration fee. During the registration process a participant will receive a password and automatically generated summary to your email address. Your password is the same for all on-line forms (registration and accommodation).

Upon submitting the Registration Form, a participant will receive a confirmation from the Conference Secretariat within three working days.

The online registration will be closed from 15.6.2016. You will have the possibility to register on-site in the Conference venue.

 

For group registration (above 10 participants) please contact the Conference Secretariat at email address mfc@guarant.cz

 

 

Methods of Payment

Registration fees must be paid in EUR or USD by one of the following methods:


1. Credit Card

For payment by credit card please use the Online Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club.


2. Bank Transfer

Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by 10 June, 2016. After this date only payments by credit cards will be accepted

by using the Online Payment System)

All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. The payer pays the bank charges of their bank, and the beneficiary pays the charges of their bank, if any.

 


Cancellations and Refunds

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail (mfc@guarant.cz) or fax (+420 284 001 448) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.

Name change (for groups only)

If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of 30 EUR / 33 USD will be charged for each name change. No name change will be possible after 24 May 2016.
